Three in One                                              1976

The image shows how one could adapt an old, larger living space into three functional areas. The original image comes from the 'Ideal Homes' magazine of July 1946. It was in that month that AMA's parents married in Nottingham and would have set up house together. Printed thirty years later, a print from the series was offered as an anniversary present.

This print series has enjoyed some degree of success, both in terms of sales and individuals responding sympathetically to the idea of living in properties converted from their original intention. It is true, one must move with the times.
